How many per room?
We have solo room, room good for 2 persons and room good for 3 persons. We can do special arrangements for you and your friends if you get the entire room. For our biggest rooms, we are strict with having a good ratio/mix of day and night shifts in a room. Please visit us to see if we are the right lodging for you.
Is there a Toilet and Bath (T&B) inside the rooms?
No, but we designate special T&B for each room to share with other occupants of the room.
How safe is the place?
The Boarding House is inside a gated lot. The gate itself has a lock. The main door and your closet are also equipped with locks so yourself and personal belongings are safe with us.
Are the rates inclusive of water and electric bills?
Yes, basic water and electricity is included in the monthly rental rate. This includes basic water consumption (toilet & bath, purified drinking water, kitchen use) and basic electricity consumption (lights, cellphone charging, TV use, once a week use of Iron).
What is the exact address? And how do I get there?
We are located in Bgy. North Sikap, Mandaluyong City. Please set an appointment with us for viewing and reservation. We are only one commuter ride away from Boni MRT, Robinsons Cybergate, Pioneer, Shaw MRT, Crossing, PLDT, JRU. We are also walking distance to Mandaluyong City Hall. Yes, you need to reserve a slot in the Boarding House. Our reservation fee is Php 1000. This can be used as part of your 1 month security deposit and 1 month advance upon moving in. Please make sure that you have read the contract prior to signing as this fee can be forfeited if you back out or fail to pay on your move-in date. Please contact us for reservations and/or clarifications.
Does it include the mattress?
Yes, the mattress is already provided. Just bring your bedsheets, pillow, clothes, other personal items and you're all set.

Am I required to submit any documents or ID's for securing a slot in the Boarding House?
Yes, please submit photocopies of your Company ID, NBI Clearance, any Government Issued ID such as your SSS ID, Driver's License, Passport and 3 months payslip. You may submit snapshots of your documents to bonishawboardinghouse@gmail.com before moving-in to the boarding house.
What is "1 month security deposit and 1 month advance"?
The 1 month security deposit is used to deduct any additional expenses incurred by the tenant i.e. damage of property, unsettled bills. The 1 month advance is used for your first month's stay in the Boarding House i.e. Your stay with us starts on January - your 1 month advance is used for your stay on January. "1 month" referred to here is the regular monthly rate as indicated in your contract. The 1 month security deposit and 1 month advance should be given upfront upon move in.
What is the payment term for transient?
Upon move-in, transients on Daily Rate are required to give Full Payment based on the entire duration of stay. Transients on Monthly Rate follow the Monthly Payment scheme similar to long-term tenants and is required to give 1 month security deposit and 1 month advance.
